On November 28, 2007 Philipp Krebs and Carmen Mac Williams representing the LIVE project accepted an invitation to visit the IOC Archives and Olympic Museum. The visit was to formalise the collaboration with the IOC Archives in the run up to the LIVE field trial 2008. Envisaged collaboration include making use of audio-visual material from their IOC Archives for future demonstrations and exchange of experiences made during the field trial. The IOC is now awaiting an official response by the LIVE consortium leader Joachim Köhler and ORF, outlining the specifics of the collaboration and details on content required.

The IOC Archive has an extensive collection of images and videos from past Olympic Games. LIVE is especially interested in working with edited video material on athletes and pre-produced documentaries on the preparations towards the Olympic Games 2008.
