As a support system it provides the producer with contextual search and recommendation of multimedia content based on the analysis of data about the event with data about the user in a real-time production environment. There are three keys to making the LIVE system work:

• Annotations of the sports event (which have to be created in real-time, since there cannot be any delays in a live broadcast).

• The use of the annotations to select content from the different streams, based on the user’s interactions.

• The “Staging” of the show - the creation of the transition points and multi-channel coordination, which makes it possible to handle the shifting between different channels.
